Swimming Pool Service Technician

Coastal Poolscapes is looking for a motivated, dependable Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. Whether you have experience in the pool industry or are mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we provide the training and support needed to build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance on residential swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool water chemistry.
• Add chemicals according to company standards.
• Brush walls, vacuum pools, skim debris, and empty skimmer and pump baskets.
• Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and salt systems for proper operation.
• Identify and report equipment issues or needed repairs.
• Keep a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment.
• Complete digital service reports, including before-and-after photos.
• Communicate professionally with customers and management.
• Follow all safety procedures and company operating standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in North Carolina heat and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Pool service experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.
