What Success Looks Like

Success in this position isn't simply about processing transactions quickly. The Financial Coordinator should become someone the Finance team can depend on for accurate, organized, complete work.

The operating expectations for the role are:

Accuracy over speed. Get the entry right the first time and double-check work before moving forward.

Ask before guessing. When something is unclear, seek guidance from the Financial Accountant rather than making an assumption.

Stay organized. Keep files, records, vendor information, and recurring workflows current so that nothing falls through the cracks.
