The 144-bed behavioral health hospital, located in St. Johns, offers a full continuum of services including inpatient psychiatric care, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT).

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
- Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
- May responsible for accurate and timely physician credentialing.
- May direct and lead the work of others.
- May m anage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities.
- C reate spreadsheets, manage databases and prepare presentations, reports and documents as needed .
- Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
- May cover the reception desk when required .
- Calendar management, s chedule appointments , update cal endars and arrange staff meetings
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required .
- Associate ’ s degree preferred .
