WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services
- Inspect properties for pest activity and conducive conditions
- Apply pest control products according to state regulations and company standards
- Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records
- Deliver outstanding customer service
ABOUT THE POSITION
This position focuses primarily on pest control treatments and customer service.
Some crawlspace work is required for termite inspections and termite treatments. However, we do not perform crawlspace encapsulations, moisture barrier installations, insulation installation, foundation repairs, or other heavy construction-type services.
Our technicians are encouraged to provide honest recommendations that help customers solve pest problems. Commission is available on services sold, but there are no sales quotas and no pressure to sell services customers don’t need.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to obtain required pest control certifications and licenses
- Pest control experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate
