Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician with a valid driver's license to join our team. This person will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that all facilities and properties are maintained at a preset level. This team also ensures that all equipment and fleet vehicles are maintained and repairs reported as needed.
Responsibilities
- Clean multiple garages and parking lots throughout downtown Charleston, Mt Pleasant and the West Ashley areas.
- Perform landscaping/lot maintenance as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager or General Manager.
- Report any observed deficiencies that require additional help to correct.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- Mechanical knowledge to help maintain lawn equipment and fleet vehicles helpful but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hand tool operations.
- Must have a clean 3 year driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
