Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for every patient
Accurately verify and update demographic and insurance information
Support medical collections and follow up on outstanding accounts
Clearly communicate financial responsibilities, including co-pays, deductibles, and balances
Collaborate with Billing, Insurance, and Financial Counseling teams to maintain smooth, efficient processes
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous medical office experience preferred
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service
