Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$38 per hour, depending on experience
• Lead role eligible for up to $40 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist the surgeon during oral surgery procedures from setup to completion
• Prepare patients and monitor vitals throughout treatment
• Take and develop X-rays and 3D scans for diagnostics
• Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols
• Organize instruments, materials, and operatory flow

• Help oversee daily clinical operations and team workflow
• Support and guide clinical staff to maintain efficiency and quality care
• Bring strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in oral surgery or a strong dental assisting background
• Familiarity with implants preferred
• Team player with a positive, patient-first attitude
• Leadership experience or interest in growth (for Lead role)
