E-Commerce Partner / Manager -- Coastal Wall Decor Studio

Coastal Designs by David is a small, growing artisan studio creating original coastal-inspired wall decor. Our designs carry a distinct coastal charm and have been warmly received by customers in the Hamptons and Palm Beach. Our website is www.coastaldesignsbydavid.com.

The craftsmanship, designs, and inventory are in place. What we're looking for now is an experienced e-commerce partner to bring our work to a wider audience online.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proven e-commerce professional to lead the online side of the business. This is a hands-on role: setting up our online store, creating and optimizing listings, driving marketing, and managing day-to-day digital operations.

Compensation: Hourly rate of $20–$40 depending on experience, with the opportunity to structure this as a longer-term partnership (including revenue share) for the right candidate. No upfront investment required. Details discussed with qualified applicants.

What You'll Do

• Launch and manage our online store (Etsy, Shopify, or a combination)

• Create product listings with strong photography, SEO, and compelling descriptions

• Drive marketing through Pinterest, Instagram, and email

• Handle customer inquiries and order fulfillment coordination

• Help shape the brand's online growth strategy

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience running successful e-commerce stores (please share examples)

• Strong skills in listing optimization, SEO, and visual merchandising

• Experience marketing home decor, lifestyle, or artisan brands a major plus

• Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently

• Excellent written communication
