Marine Construction Technician II
Location: Palm Coast, FL (In Person)
Pay: $22–$30/hour ($45,000 – $65,000/year)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Marine Construction Technician II with hands-on experience in building and maintaining marine structures such as docks, seawalls, and piers.
This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work in coastal environments, and a team-oriented mindset. You’ll work alongside experienced crews to deliver durable, high-quality marine projects.

- Structures built to meet engineering standards and environmental regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and install dock framing, decking, and seawall panels
- Operate tools and equipment such as power tools, pumps, and barges.
- Assist with pile setting, leveling, and anchoring structures
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction drawings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Support and help train entry-level crew members
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of marine construction or carpentry experience
- Experience with materials and tools used in residential marine construction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Understanding of job site safety practices
- Ability to work outdoors in cold and hot weather and marine conditions
Preferred Skills
- Experience with seawalls, docks, and pilings
- Familiarity with marine construction techniques
- Leadership or crew support experience
