Key Responsibilities:
- Install dock framing, decking,
- seawall panels, and hardware
- Operate power tools, water pumps,
- compactors
- Set basic pilings and assist in
- leveling and anchoring
- Read basic blueprints or
- construction drawings
- Train and mentor entry-level crew
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of marine or general carpentry experience
- Familiarity with materials and equipment used in residential marine construction
- Strong work ethic and understanding of safety practices
Titles: Marine Construction Technician, Marine Carpenter
Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000/year
Hourly: ~$22–$30/hr
