Logistical Resource Group is looking for individuals to join our fleet as Delivery Drivers

Drivers are responsible for safe and timely handling and delivery of packages to businesses and residential areas on their route. Drivers enjoy independence on the road and develop a rewarding and enjoyable career incorporating customer service, road safety and driving skills.

We are partnered with ZayZoon to offer you Wages On-Demand so you can access your earned wages before your pay date. 

Logistical Resource Group is an award-winning Logistics Company contracted by FedEx to deliver packages to homes and businesses in multiple service areas in northeast Ohio. We offer many opportunities to expand your career, such as training to become a larger truck operator, Driver Trainer, to join our Safety Team, become a Business Manager, and even opportunities to join our Fleet Mechanics and Body Shop Technicians. 

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Safe operation of a commercial vehicle in a wide variety of conditions.

• Completion of all assigned delivery and pickup stops for the day.

• Proper usage of handheld devices to record all activity for the day.

• Maintain security of all packages and equipment assigned for the day.

• Ability to handle package weighing up to 150lbs.

• Ability to lift, bend, carry & load packages as well as follow directions on GPS. 

• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Friendly to customers & team members.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older.

• Must be able to pass DOT physical as well as a drug screen and criminal background check.

• Must have a clean driving record.
