Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by properly handling cleaning supplies and adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues
- Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning tasks when required for larger or specialized spaces
- Assist with housekeeping management duties as needed, including inventory control and reporting
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning techniques
- Knowledge of floor care methods including waxing, polishing, and deep cleaning processes
- Experience working within the hospitality industry or in a customer-focused environment is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
