Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed

Coastal Landing is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team as a Dining Room Supervisor.

This person will help oversee the dining room, support the waitstaff, and make sure meals run smoothly for our residents. The supervisor will work closely with the dining team and will also help out when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dining room during meal times.
• Help manage and support the waitstaff.
• Make sure the dining room is ready for each meal.
• Help oversee afternoon preparation for the dining room.
• Make sure menus and daily checklists are completed.
• Make sure all residents are accounted for at mealtimes.
• Arrange coverage when a waitstaff member is absent or cover the shift when needed.
• Train new dining room employees.
• Help staff with questions or issues that come up during meals.
• Make sure residents receive friendly and attentive service.
• Help keep the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Work with the kitchen and dining staff to make sure meals run smoothly.
• Other duties as needed.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous dining, restaurant, hospitality, or supervisory experience is helpful but not required.
• Someone who is comfortable taking responsibility and helping lead a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help when needed.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
