NY Title Insurance Processor – Remote/Hybrid

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced New York Title Insurance Processor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience processing New York title insurance files and can manage the day-to-day processing responsibilities independently.

This is NOT a general administrative or insurance-processing position. Candidates must have direct New York title insurance experience.

Position

• 2 years of New York title insurance processing experience required
• Remote position with the ability to work in our NYC office 1–2 days per week
• Full-time
• Salary: $55,000–$65,000, depending on experience

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing title files, including:

• Preparing and processing title insurance applications
• Ordering surveys
• Preparing title reports
• Preparingtitle bills
• Handling and coordinating recordings
• Reviewing title documentation and ensuring files are complete and accurate
• Communicating with attorneys, lenders, clients, and other parties as needed
• Following up on outstanding title and recording matters
• Maintaining accurate and organized electronic files
• Assisting with the file from application through completion
• Knowledge of NJ title commitments a plus
• Knowledge of HUD/Closing Disclosures a plus

Required Experience

Candidates must have at least 2 years of hands-on New York title insurance experience.

You should be comfortable independently performing the following:

• New York title insurance applications
• New York title reports
• New York title bills
• Recording documents
• General NY title processing and file coordination
