Our well-established multi-specialty practice is seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our office and ensure a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments in accordance with office protocols
- Register new patients and accurately verify and update patient information
- Enter and maintain patient data in compliance with privacy and HIPAA regulations
- Manage cancellations and fill no-show appointments as needed
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail
- Prior dental office experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and diagnosis is a plus
- Must successfully pass a background check
Education Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
- Strong understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
