We’re looking for dependable, professional individuals to join our team as Guest Safety Ambassadors at a high-end luxury hotel. In this role, you’ll combine traditional security duties with outstanding customer service and hospitality to help ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of every guest and staff member. Primary Responsibilities (duties may vary by account):
- Greet guests, employees, and visitors warmly and confidently to create a welcoming environment
- Monitor surveillance systems to ensure site safety
- Conduct regular patrols and report any unusual or suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify visitor credentials professionally
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or incidents with composure
- Enforce safety protocols and site-specific policies
- Provide assistance and excellent customer service to guests and staff
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of daily activity and incidents
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida Security License (Guard Card)
- Previous experience in night auditing, security, customer service, hospitality, military, or law enforcement is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, approachable demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to be personable and deliver impeccable customer service with confidence, energy, and a positive attitude
Someone who prides themselves on integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Maintains a professional and polished appearance appropriate for a guest-facing environment
- Eager to ask questions, learn, and continuously improve
- Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations
- Familiarity with security equipment, surveillance systems, and access control
- Knowledge of CPR, first aid, or de-escalation techniques
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearances
- At least one professional reference is required
Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- 8-hour shifts
- Night shifts & Overnight shifts
- Weekend availability is required
- Must have open availability for full-time scheduling needs
