What You?ll Do
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Support clients with case management and community resources
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Master?s in counseling, social work, or related field
- Preferred: LCSW, LCAS, LCMHC
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work with complex clients and co-occurring disorders
- Team-oriented and motivated to grow
- Meaningful, mission-driven work

- Graduation from a four-year college or university in human services or related field and two years of progressive substance abuse counseling experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Graduation from a Master?s degree program
- LCSW, or Licensure as a LCAS; or LPA, or LCMHC
