We are looking for an honest, reliable and results driven Sales and Operations Manager to oversee our appliance, furniture and mattress store in Newport Oregon
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and report directly to the owners
- Drive sales and ensure the store is profitable
- Support your sales and delivery team members and fill in as needed.
- Follow policies and processes
- Ensure staff work productively and efficiently
- Oversee recruitment and training of new staff
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct staff scheduling and performance
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors, customer inquiries)
Skills
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
