We are hiring a Production Partner / Client Experience Partner to work hand in hand with the team leader of a high-producing real estate team in Northeast Florida.
This is not a typical real estate agent role. This is a hands-on position designed for a licensed agent who wants to learn, grow, and eventually become a full team agent within 18–24 months.
In this role, you will work directly alongside the team leader on a daily basis—supporting lead conversion, client communication, and day-to-day execution. You will gain real-world experience inside a proven, inbound-driven business built on YouTube, referrals, and a strong database.
You will be working with warm opportunities, helping ensure no lead or client falls through the cracks, while learning how a high-performing real estate business operates from the inside.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and can execute without constant direction once trained.
