Coastal Harbor Health System is comprised of a 145-bed hospital for children and adolescents, providing both short- and long-term inpatient care, and a 50-bed inpatient hospital serving men and women, ages 18 and up. - Obtains telephone caller’s name and directs to appropriate personnel or receives messages
- Greets and directs visitors to destination and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon; issues visitor’s pass when required
- Collects and distributes mail and packages
- Performs a variety of additional clerical duties

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One – three months experience and/or training
