As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility and daily upkeep of public areas. This full-time opportunity offers 40 hours per week and full benefits.

Coastal Harbor Health System is comprised of a 114-bed hospital for children and adolescents, providing both short- and long-term inpatient care, and a 50-bed inpatient hospital serving men and women, ages 18 and up. The Housekeeper is responsible for taking care of the facility’s general cleanliness and providing tidy and sanitary amenities.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Dust, vacuum, and clean all offices, hallways, lobby, entryway, restrooms, and client areas; identify and request/report maintenance needs; ensure that all floors are mopped and buffed, carpet cleaned, and chairs cleaned
• Collect and dispose of all facility trash; coordinate removal of all hazardous and oversized waste; clean up trash in parking lot and keep the front area of the building clean

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous housekeeping experience in a medical facility preferred
