Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Team Members. In this role, you will assist in various construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED.
Duties
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines.
- Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols on-site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
