Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct daily landscape enhancement and installation work

  • Ensure all safety procedures, PPE, and transportation regulations are followed

  • Communicate daily job expectations and maintain crew productivity

  • Train and coach team members on proper procedures and quality standards

  • Maintain jobsite cleanliness and complete daily walkthroughs

  • Ensure proper care and use of tools, equipment, trucks, and trailers

  • Complete time entry and work order documentation

  • Communicate jobsite issues with leadership and clients as needed
