What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Leader position at Coastal Greenery?
The Business Development Leader is a Full-Time position that is responsible for building relationships within the community and winning new maintenance contracts while meeting goals and being proactive.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with client prospects
Ensure all prospects are met with highest degree of customer service
Serve as single point of contact for all prospective clients
Seek constant improvement on sales tactics and building target prospect lists
Sell new contract work and maintain sales pipeline within designated market place
Measure sites for accuracy and bid procedures
Complete all aspects of bids, RFP, and proposals
Abide by company sales plan to meet both monthly and annual goals
Provide accurate paperwork flow from field to office
Lead successful handoff procedure to production to encourage a smooth transition
Qualifications:
Sales experience and/or horticulture practice.
Preferred Experience:
5 Years Managing Sales
5 Years in Landscape or Horticulture Industry
