Warehouse Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, staff management, and ensuring safety compliance at an onsite facility.

Key Duties

• Directs workflow, trains, motivates, and monitors warehouse associates to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Oversees receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, returns, and management of controlled substances record keeping.
• Ensures safety guidelines, policies, and DEA regulations are followed.
• Maintains accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and controlled substances.
• Supervises staff attendance, performance, and overtime management.
• Supports continuous process improvements and effective communication with customers.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Broad education such as a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible warehouse or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including reach trucks (proficiency may be required).
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, participate in physical inventories, and support emergency operations.
