Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, returns, order picking, packing, and managing controlled substances. They are responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, and motivating associates, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct workflow and monitor team performance to optimize productivity and accuracy.
• Support adherence to safety policies, DEA regulations, and company procedures.
• Supervise receipt, verification, and shipment of merchandise, including controlled substances.
• Ensure proper documentation of order processes and delivery records.
• Oversee packing quality and protect fragile items during shipping.
• Manage associate performance, attendance, and overtime.
• Coordinate physical inventories and handle customer interactions for delivery or order issues.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible warehouse experience.
• Effective communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including reach trucks.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and participate in physical inventories.
