Warehouse Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, returns, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse associates.
• Ensure safety guidelines, policies, and DEA regulations are followed.
• Oversee receipt and verification of merchandise, maintaining accurate records.
• Supervise order picking, packing, and shipping, including controlled substances.
• Manage documentation for shipments, deliveries, and controlled substances.
• Maintain quality control in packing and shipping processes.
• Monitor performance, attendance, and overtime of team members.
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Interact with customers to resolve delivery or order issues when needed.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Minimum of two years of progressive warehouse supervisory experience.
• Effective communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Proficiency with computers, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate equipment such as reach trucks (proficiency preferred).
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and physical inventory.
  
  

Key Duties: Lead warehouse functions, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, maintain detailed records, foster teamwork, and support continuous process improvements.
