Responsibilities: Read pick sheets, locate products using warehouse equipment, label, and stack items on pallets, and load trucks safely. Maintain food safety and warehouse cleanliness, communicate issues to management, operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, complete paperwork, and ensure attendance and productivity standards.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; no prior warehouse experience necessary as training is provided. Certification for forklift and pallet jack operation is required.
Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of safe lifting and food safety protocols, ability to operate warehouse equipment, perform basic math, solve problems, and follow instructions. Strong physical ability to lift 50-90 pounds, stand, walk, and work in varying environmental conditions.
Work Environment: Exposure to cold, heat, humidity, moving machinery, high places, and loud noise. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
