Warehouse Order Selector - Second Shift

Role Overview: The Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse racks to fulfill customer orders, including assembling, palletizing, and wrapping pallets. This role involves operating powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks, working in dry, refrigerated, or frozen environments, and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate, lift, and handle cases, boxes, and pallets of various grocery and perishable products.
• Operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, conduct equipment inspections, and report issues.
• Apply proper wrapping techniques to prevent product damage.
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in order selecting and equipment operation preferred.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Capable of operating warehouse equipment safely.
• Comfortable working in multi-temperature areas.
• Strong ability to follow instructions and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance.
  
  

Physical & Other Requirements: Must frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, bend, reach, and lift. Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels is common. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for disabilities.
