Responsibilities
- Use order sheets or audio headsets to select items
- Stack products on pallets for loading
- Operate material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks
- Ensure order accuracy and report discrepancies
- Perform equipment inspections and follow safety procedures
- Handle products safely, including lifting and moving weights up to 60 lbs or more
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, bend, walk, and handle sharp objects safely
- Comfort with standing, walking, and lifting throughout shifts
- Starting pay of $24/hour during training, increasing to $25/hour incentives
- Average earners make $30/hour post-training
