Warehouse Operations Lead

Role Overview: Support warehouse operations by managing inbound, outbound, and internal activities to ensure accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment. Prepare shipments, handle packaging, and stage materials to meet dispatch requirements. Reconcile inventory discrepancies, monitor stock levels, and maintain storage conditions to prevent issues. Investigate damaged shipments and process exceptions to support operational efficiency. Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational incidents to ensure accurate warehouse visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• 3 years experience in warehouse support, logistics, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety practices, and documentation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
