- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks
- Inspect trailers before loading and verify orders using RF handhelds or voice headsets
- Load and secure full pallets into trailers, ensuring no damage occurs
- Perform equipment inspections and complete necessary forms
- Safely lift and handle products weighing 1-60 lbs or more, often from floor to overhead
- Work on various surfaces and multiple levels, handling sharp objects safely
- Experience with material handling equipment
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on community impact
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and protocols
- High school diploma or GED preferred
