As a Cross Dock worker, you will use an electric pallet jack to load, unload, and move materials onto trucks, ensuring smooth flow from staging to shipping areas and maintaining load quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate an electric riding pallet jack
- Assist in unloading trailers and managing pallet flow
- Load, unload, and move materials for shipment
- Monitor load quality and pallet construction
- Prioritize tasks within your zone
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Attendance and reliable work ethic
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Initiative, safety awareness, productivity, and quality focus
- Stand, bend, lift (1-60 lbs or more), and pivot frequently
- Walk on various surfaces, including concrete and tile
- Work in refrigerated conditions (28°-60°)
- Handle sharp objects safely
