- High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3 years experience in warehouse support, distribution, or related fields.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipment preparation, and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to resolve operational issues.
- Ability to organize work across shifting priorities and support continuous improvement.
