- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong dependability, punctuality, and motivation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk up to 8 miles per shift.
- Basic reading and understanding of English.
- Warehouse experience and familiarity with RF scanning equipment are preferred.
