- Maintain electronic logs and adhere to safety standards.
- Achieve an average of 2,600-2,800 miles weekly.
- Utilize various pay incentives such as detention, layover, and safety bonuses.
- Participate in bonus programs, including retention and signing bonuses.
- Follow routing and delivery schedules, with weekly home time.
- Valid CDL A license; minimum 23 years old.
- At least 2 years of recent verifiable driving experience or graduation from an accredited Driver Program.
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 2 years.
- Strong safety awareness, reliability, and ability to operate large commercial vehicles.
