Qualifications & Skills
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field; 5 years of transportation/logistics experience; 2 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency with transportation systems (e.g., Cadec, Omnitracs), strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Knowledge of safety regulations, dispatch, and contractual negotiations. Ability to work flexible hours, handle multiple tasks, and travel as needed. Physical ability to perform job functions in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
