Role Overview

The position involves working as a Traffic Safety Protector on job sites, with no prior experience or degree required. Training and support are provided to help build a career in traffic management.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Setting up cones, signs, and barricades, and dismantling traffic control equipment
• Guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles and monitoring site activity
• Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment for vehicles and equipment
• Working outdoors year-round in various weather conditions
  
  

Qualifications Required

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 40–50 pounds, and work outside for extended periods
• Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather conditions
• Flexible schedule and punctuality
• Pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test
• Attentiveness to safety around moving traffic and respectful conduct towards others
