- Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment
- Collaborating with team members to ensure safety
- Using stop/slow paddles to control traffic
- Providing excellent service and protection to clients
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50-60 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather and traffic conditions
- Driving experience
- Pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests
