Role: Regional CDL-A Driver responsible for safe and efficient intermodal freight transportation with a focus on activity-based pay, safety, and work ethic.
Responsibilities: Operate trucks with mostly no-touch freight, manage drop and hook, live loads/unloads, and various stops. Receive additional pay for detention, waiting, hazmat, and other activities. Ensure safety compliance and efficient delivery. Participate in onsite management and safety training.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid CDL-A license, strong work ethic, safety focus, and ability to handle various pay activities. Prior driving experience preferred.
Key Duties: Driving, freight handling, adherence to safety protocols, and completing necessary paperwork. Eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
