- Pick items using order sheets or audio headsets in a cold refrigerated environment.
- Stack products on pallets for wrapping and loading.
- Ensure order accuracy while following safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks.
- Inspect equipment and perform safety checks.
- Lift and handle products weighing 1-60 lbs, frequently working in various positions and heights.
- Follow safety protocols for handling sharp objects and equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk extensively, often in cold environments.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to protocols.
