The ideal candidate possesses an Associate’s Degree in Heavy Truck and Diesel (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics (preferred), with five years of fleet maintenance experience, and a CDL A License. Leadership, strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 pounds, pushing/pulling heavy loads, and working in varied weather conditions.
