What are the responsibilities and job description for the Local Class A CDL Driver position at Coastal Elite Pro?
We are hiring full-time and part-time solo Class A CDL drivers in Cambridge, OH for FedEx Ground runs within 50 miles.
Requirements include a valid Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples endorsement, one year of recent tractor-trailer experience, a clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug tests.
Drivers will operate automatic Freightliner Cascadia day cabs, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, handle drop & hook freight, and complete necessary documentation.
Schedule is night shifts starting between 6pm-9pm, with home daily. Compensation starts at $27/hour, with a 40-hour weekly guarantee, benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 50% premium pay for sixth day work.
