Incentive Loader

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Loader, Incentive, you will join a fast-paced, active team responsible for stocking the warehouse and ensuring product availability for customers. The role involves operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks, inspecting trailers, verifying orders with RF handhelds or voice headsets, and securely loading pallets into trailers. You will perform equipment inspections, handle varying case weights, and safely lift products from floor to overhead. This position requires strong organizational skills, safety awareness, and physical stamina, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking on different surfaces.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Inspect trailers and verify order accuracy
• Load merchandise onto trailers, securing pallets properly
• Conduct equipment inspections and complete necessary forms
• Lift and handle products weighing 1-60 lbs, often on multiple levels
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 1 years of experience with material handling equipment
• Strong safety focus and adherence to procedures
• Team-oriented with a desire to support community initiatives
• High school diploma or GED
