Role Overview: The Ground Service Agent performs essential airport ramp activities to ensure smooth and safe flight operations.

- Load and unload luggage, cargo, and transport items within the airport.
- Distribute paperwork such as fuel slips, load plans, and flight manifests to flight crews.
- Marshal and push back aircraft, perform aircraft tow operations if needed.
- Prepare weight and balance forms, input data accurately to maintain load integrity.
- Service aircraft with lavatory, potable water, deicing, grooming, and security checks.
- Operate various equipment including belt-loaders, tugs, carts, and deice trucks.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support flight operations.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Stamina to stand long periods, bend, reach, and grasp.
- Basic math skills and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to obtain USPS Mail Handling Certification and airport security clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent, minimum age 18, authorized to work in the U.S.
