Full-Time Warehouse Operations Manager

Role Overview: The Warehouse Manager oversees warehouse operations, manages Supervisors and teams, ensures efficient inventory handling, and maintains compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including handling controlled substances and hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse associates, track attendance, coach, develop employees, and oversee performance and compensation.
• Coordinate warehouse activities to optimize facility utilization for storing and distributing inventory.
• Maintain process management, productivity, and quality control measures.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and respond to operational issues.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance, especially regarding controlled substances and hazardous materials.
• Develop and recommend improvements to warehouse processes for efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction.
• Assist in preparing and managing departmental budgets.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and perform related duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related fields.
• 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work extended hours, participate in physical inventories, and foster teamwork.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
