- Receiving, picking, staging customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory management.
- Verifying merchandise against shipment records, inspecting for discrepancies and defects.
- Stocking shelves, using RF devices for inventory tasks, assembling customer orders, and entering data into computer systems.
- Inspecting returned items, conducting inventory counts, and assisting with inventory procedures.
- Operating power equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks) and handling controlled substances in specialized environments.
- Training new associates and performing related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience with a basic understanding of workflow.
- Ability to read, understand English, perform basic math, and maintain organizational standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and participate in physical inventory.
- Team player with good judgment; flexibility to work overtime if needed.
