- Assist in receiving, picking, staging customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory management.
- Verify received merchandise against shipment records, report discrepancies, and inspect for defects.
- Stock shelves and use RF devices for inventory tasks.
- Assemble customer orders, enter data into the system, and process returns.
- Conduct inventory counts, research discrepancies, and support inventory procedures.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and may assist in training new associates.
- Perform related duties as assigned, including handling controlled substances in specialized environments.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one year of work experience with a good understanding of distribution workflows.
- Ability to read, understand product labels, and possess basic math skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate motorized equipment and maintain safety standards.
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
- Ability to train others and work effectively as part of a team.
