We are hiring full-time FedEx Delivery Route Drivers operating out of the Rolla, MO terminal to deliver packages to residences and businesses in Washington, MO.
Responsibilities include: loading/unloading packages, delivering to destinations, scanning/logging packages, and ensuring safety and service standards.
Qualifications: ability to pass drug tests, DOT medical exam, clean motor vehicle record, background check (no felonies), 21 years old, physically capable of handling packages over 150 lbs, and residence within 30 minutes of the terminal.
Skills & attributes: safety orientation, integrity, excellent attendance, and ability to operate step vans/box trucks without CDL.
Compensation & Benefits: weekly pay ($700-$775), bi-weekly paycheck, paid training, health/dental/vision/life insurance after 60 days, vacation and holiday pay, company uniforms, and a safety-focused culture.
Work Schedule: 6 days per week with options for non-holiday 5-day weeks; physical job requiring frequent in/out truck activity.
