What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL Class A Driver Regional & OTR position at Coastal Elite Pro?
We are a growing transportation company based in Van Wert, Ohio, seeking experienced OTR drivers with at least 2 years of CDL experience.
- Operate trucks safely, primarily dry van and reefer loads, with 90% drop-and-hook freight and no-touch reefer loads.
- Cover regional lanes including Baytown, TX; Baltimore, MD; and Valdosta, GA.
- Responsibilities include load/unload, maintaining electronic logs, inspecting vehicles, and reporting incidents.
- Adhere to schedules for pickups and deliveries.
- Qualifications: Class A CDL, 23 years old, ability to pass DOT drug screen.
- Potential to drive 2,500–3,000 miles weekly.
- Offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay ($0.60–$0.65/mile), and full benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, pet and passenger programs, and incentives for clean inspections.
